Werner Guderian
Founder of VitaCoach | Parent Performance Coach | Relief Program Designer

I’m Werner Guderian, founder of VitaCoach, Parent Performance Coach, and Relief Program Designer for high-stress teams.

I work with parents who are exhausted by the same cycle: daily conflict, screen-time battles, chaotic mornings, bedtime resistance, homework struggles, and ongoing co-parent tension. My role is to help you lead your home with more calm, structure, and follow-through using practical tools that work in real life.

This isn’t therapy, and it isn’t generic parenting advice. It’s structured coaching plus hands-on implementation. Together, we build a plan that fits your family, your pressure points, and your daily reality — and then we make sure it holds.

What makes VitaCoach different
Many parenting resources come as courses, memberships, or one-size-fits-all programmes. Some are helpful, but many parents still struggle to apply them consistently at home.

We tailor a plan to your household, your stress load, and your schedule. We build routines and boundaries you can actually follow through on. We troubleshoot in real time until calm structure becomes your new normal.

My Parent Performance Framework

Clarity - We identify what is driving the pattern — stress loops, triggers, mixed messages, unclear roles, and recurring points of conflict.
Structure - We build realistic routines, rules, boundaries, and screen-time systems that fit your actual life.
Consistency - We strengthen follow-through, repair after conflict, and create more stability over time.

This is how families move from “surviving” to a steady rhythm.

When you work with me, you receive practical tools you can use immediately:

  • A Parent Performance Assessment to identify what is really driving the pattern
  • A Custom Home Plan with priorities, routines, rules, and next steps
  • A clear Boundary Map that separates negotiables from non-negotiables
  • Screen-time structures with rules, transitions, and predictable consequences
  • Conversation scripts for heated moments that help you stay calm, firm, and respectful
  • Co-parent alignment tools to create one team, one plan, and one message
  • Weekly implementation steps with accountability and support

Outcomes families typically experience

For parents

My background and experience

My work is shaped by years in education, coaching, and programme design, including 18 years of professional experience in Asia across diverse cultural and learning environments. That international experience sharpened my understanding of how pressure, expectations, family dynamics, and environment shape behaviour, learning, confidence, and performance — and why practical support matters more than theory alone.

Alongside teaching and coaching, I have worked in curriculum and programme design, building structured pathways that turn insight into action. That design mindset sits at the heart of VitaCoach: we do not just talk about change — we build practical systems that people can apply, repeat, and sustain in real life.

I am currently completing a degree in Psychology because I believe coaching should be grounded in a respectful, evidence-informed understanding of human behaviour.

My training includes:
  • Executive & Management Coaching — University of Cape Town
  • NeuroCoach Mastery Certification

My work is guided by professional coaching ethics, evidence-informed practice, and continual development.

Relief Programs for high-stress teams

VitaCoach also designs Relief Programmes for civil servants and high-pressure workplaces, including healthcare, emergency services, and caregiving teams. These programmes focus on practical recovery systems, communication under pressure, resilient habits, and sustainable performance — built for real shifts, real constraints, and real people.

What guides my work
  • People perform better when they feel regulated, capable, and supported
  • Structure creates freedom — routines and boundaries reduce stress
  • Pressure must be understood, not ignored
  • Small actions, repeated consistently, create meaningful change
  • Confidence grows from competence, not reassurance alone
